S2:E01 Hard Water

In the Season Two opener of the Gothic Podcast, we find ourselves on a ferry heading to Elk Island, Washington, and the town of Spirit Bay, where an inheritence ... and dark secrets ... await.

This episode stars C. Patrick Neagle and Sharon Gollery-LaFournaise, with special guest star Richard Southard of the Adventurers' Vault podcast.

The Gothic Podcast is an actual-play audio drama made from our cobbled together studios in Portland, OR and around the globe. For the second season, we use rules from the Monster of the Week RPG by Michael Sands, and the Dead of Night RPG by Andrew Kenrick.

You can find us on Podbean at Gothicpodcast.com and on all sorts of social media; please feel free to contact us on Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Facebook, or at our email: thegothicpodcast at gmail dot com -- we would LOVE to see some fan art. And check out our Patreon. We aren't very good about getting our episodes out early (we drive this bus pretty close to the edge of the cliff), but we do have some new Patron-only content, such as a Kids on Bikes campaign that we're calling "canon adjacent", starring a young Grace Morrow and L.J., as well as the Session Zero one-shot for Season Two, with other goodies coming soon. And if you just want to support us just because, well, we'll take that, too.

Season One Retrospective

Our Cast looks back at Season One and reminisces ... amid technical difficulties. But never fear, we press on through the deep dark woods of audio troubles and explore such pressing questions as, "What WAS Chauncey's hat, actually?" and, "Will Sharon spill more of her beverages in Season Two?" and, "Did Patrick reeeeaaaallly have any idea at all what was going on?"

The Gothic Podcast is an actual-play audio drama made by four friends out of our cobbled together studios in Portland, OR. For the first season, we used the Monster of the Week rules to tell the stories of our errant characters.

You can find us on Podbean at Gothicpodcast.com and on all sorts of social media; please feel free to contact us on Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Facebook, or at our email at thegothicpodcast at gmail dot com -- we would LOVE to see some fan art. And check out our Patreon. Though we aren't very good about getting our episodes out early (we drive this bus pretty close to the edge of the cliff), we are looking to add some new Patron-only content soon, such as a Kids on Bikes campaign that we're calling canon adjacent, starring a young Grace Morrow and L.J. And if you just want to support us just because, well, we'll take that, too.

And tune in Halloween night, 2020 to our Twitch channel, https://twitch.tv/thegothicpodcast, at 6pm (PST) to watch Patrick, Sharon, Jesse, and guest Elayne (Churroyeti) play a (pre-recorded) one-shot of Stephen Dewey's "Ten Candles": a "roleplaying game of tragic horror." We'll be popping into the chat to interact and make fun of ourselves as we watch ourselves play.
